You will need the cloner to open the safe at the compound, which is impossible otherwise; the torch is most suitable for cutting through the drainage tunnel; and the plasma cutter is needed to steal the diamond.

Hop into a weaponized heli/jet and blast every objective Buzzard and just WING IT. The Helis spawn so close and so above you they won't have time to catch you and then despawn. After 5 or so waves the game stops sending them.
And you need to learn to accept criticism. I didn't even say anything negative, I was just pointing out it makes no sense having a snowplow on a desert island. Link to comment
Once you are outside, you have a few options. You can cut left and find a boat to take to the other side of the island and get there a bit faster, check here or you can cut right and make your way through the island’s defenses on foot.
Once you have done it and you go back for your own gain unless you are doing a guaranteed silent in and silent out Heist with people you trust the Buzzard one and weapons are still mandatory. The armour one is hit or miss, if you can pull off headshots then its pointless. Link to post
